Ubisoft ha revelado la lista completa de las pistas de Just Dance 4. El juego cuenta con más de 40 canciones, que van desde  artistas clásicos como Elvis y The B-52s a grandes promesas de la música como Nicki Minaj, Carly Rae Jepsen o Justin Bieber.
